If you are in NH, I can describe the trade name process for you, but no matter where you live, you still need to check your local ordinances to make sure that there aren't restrictions that might affect your home party/novelty business.

I do not restrict you from ordering from other wholesalers, but I do request that you ask me if there is an item you would like to carry that you don't see in my catalogs, since I have access to thousands of other items/product lines, and will stock additional items for my clients upon request. I offer an order minimum of $50, a flat 30% discount off of retail prices for the items I carry (many others will only offer you a 25% discount on medical grade silicone items, and/or have an order minimum of $200, shop around and see!). If you refer a new wholesale client to me who purchases a "Start-Up Kit", you will earn $50 product credit. Shipping and handling are typically 10% of an order, expedited shipping is additional. Order turnaround time is 1 week or less (assuming the items are in stock, items not in stock are usually available within 10-14 business days). I will match retail prices of competitors where I can (on a case by case basis). No COD orders.

You can start with a "Catalog Starter Kit" for $50, which includes 4 catalogs, Order form files (so that you can print off as many as you need), 10 samples of lubricant, and a silicone toy. You can use the catalogs to hold shows, and use the earnings towards demo items (if you sponsor your own show, the sponsor-credit can be used for demo items as well!). In addition, we offer a "Demo kit" for $450, plus shipping. Yes, this is a higher price than some of the home party companies, but silicone items (and other non-porous materials such as glass) have a higher wholesale cost, so in order to supply you with a sufficient variety of items, I have to charge a bit more. It is optional, and not a requirement, so if you have a kit from another party company, feel free to continue to use its non-branded items, and place an order for items that would supplement it (feel free to ask me for suggestions). Please contact me and specify what group(s) you intend to market your items to, and I will select an appropriate array of items. (Homosexual or heterosexual women/men/couples, trans, kink, poly, etc) Only one "Demo kit" per client.
