- All sales are final on items other than books
due to the personal nature of the products; no refunds will be issued.
- Demo items purchased at shows are not eligible
for exchange/credit; any exceptions to this policy will be noted on
your receipt.
- For all other items, when you receive your
package, promptly check the items to make sure the items are working
(and to ensure all items are correct). We will address defective products
on a case by case basis. If you feel your item has a manufacturing defect
please contact us within 10 days and we will evaluate whether an exchange
or store credit is possible.
- Make sure to have your receipt and the original
packaging available.
- If the defect is due to improper use, or
from using a combination of incompatible products, an exchange/credit
will not be issued.
- Due to ease of duplication, CD or DVD products
cannot be returned once the package seal is broken.
- We want you to be satisfied with our products,
so please let us know if you have a problem!
